Originally it was "Top 10 Cutest Animated Kids/Teens", but I changed it so I could use animal characters. 
10. Mittens from Bolt. My 3rd favorite Disney female and one of the cutest cats EVER. C'mon, she's black with white paws and white eyebrows. She's unique. I would adopt her for sure.
9. Rita from Jungledyret Hugo. Cute and a great singer. If I could have a pet fox, she'd definitely be the one.
8. Tanya from An American Tail. I like the way she looks in all the movies, but I chose her Fievel Goes West design 'cuz it's prettier. I really love her in that movie, and according to my dad, her song "Dreams To Dream" was one of the first songs I ever learned to sing.
7. Brittany from Alvin & The Chipmunks. Using her movie design 'cuz it's just insanely pretty to me~ HER EYES UUUH *Krystal flashbacks* But anyway, she's very sweet and an amazing singer.
6. The Chameleon from Atomic Betty. Cute voice and expressions. That's basically it. Along with his design and awesome shapeshifting ability.
5. Henry from My Gym Partner's A Monkey. Oh my God you guys. His voice. HIS VOICE. The way he speaks, everything. Dammit, Tom Kenny, why do you have to do that so well?! OTL
4. Vanellope from Wreck-It Ralph. Someone take her away before I just break down in tears. She's so adorable I want to cry. Seriously. </3
3. Loki from Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok. THIS. THIS LITTLE FUCKER. WHY DOES HE HAVE TO LOOK LIKE THAT. He's so perfect I can't. I just can't. You don't even know.
2. Mr. Dinkles from Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One. Like I said, he's the 2nd Wasabi in my life. It's mostly his design and voice (when he's possessed by the Toranux Spirit) that won me over. He's so fun to draw and I couldn't ask for a cuter alien.
