Okay, so, Jytemma is Jyneena's older sister. There's a difference between both versions of her. (The one you see above is the 80s version.)
1980s - She and Jyneena have the same powers (like being able to shapeshift). Jytemma became a member of the Evil Horde after falling in love with Hordak. Naturally, she and Jyneena went their separate ways because of her sister's love for Skeletor. Now they are rivals, but neither would ever kill the other.
200X - Jytemma was the only one to inherit her mother's powers. Jyneena turned to her sister to change her into a human when Keldor summoned Hordak to save his life. In the episode "The Power of Grayskull", she temporarily transferred her magic to Jyneena, who, instead of using it to free her sister from Despondos, used it to destroy the sanctuary along with Skeletor (thus holding her within the dimension).

BTW, creatures like them and the Wyvern Women live a LONG time.
